Internal And External Sources Of Business Finance

The business I am going to be talking about will be a shop called news, food and wine. This shop can use a wide variety of different internal and external sources, this is why I’m going to be using this business. A shop will need business finance because they might want to expand the business, they can’t afford to pay workers or the bills or they have just started up. Internal finance is to do with money that is coming from the owners or already in the company. However external means that the money is being taken out by the company and may not be the businesses money to be spending yet they have to pay it back. Internal finance Internal finance consists of the money in the business such as retained profit. Retained profit is profit made†¦show more content†¦There is also a loan which is a large amount of money someone can lend off a bank or a loan company to buy something. This may be used in a shop to buy new stock or for expanding but they don’t have the right amount of money to expand using internal finance. Loans can be arranged to pay back in small instalments which may be suitable for the shop to give back. However loans have some interest on them therefore you have to pay extra for getting the loan, the longer it takes to pay back the more the interest will be. A mortgage is a very large amount of money that can usually be taken out from a bank to buy something like a shop or a warehouse to keep stock. A shop may be paying off a mortgage by the profit they are making while they are using the shop. For a mortgage it usually has a high interest rate due to there being a large amount of money being given out. This is used when the business does not have the bulk amount of money to pay for the shop so they will allow the bank to buy it and mortgage it to the person to pay off monthly instalments for it. Hire purchase is something that is being hired yet in the meanwhile you are paying off for it, there will be monthly payments on the item. A shop would do this if they didn’t have the right amount of money at the time of purchase so they will pay off monthly. This can also be an easier than paying in bulk

Anne Frank Essay - 636 Words

Anne Frank It was one of the many saddest events that occurred in the history of the world. In the following paragraphs you will be reading a summary or a â€Å"movie review†, what ever might call it, about Anne Frank. At the end of the review I will write about my opinion to the movie. The characters in this movie were great actors. They acted so realistic that it looked as if it was occurring live from the scene of the action. All of the characters were excellent , especially the women when they got their hair cut off in the concentration camp. The movie showed some scenes of Adolph Hitler when he was announcing his speeches, by showing these footage the director made the movie seem more realistic and as if they were filming it live as it†¦show more content†¦This movie was sorrowful and some parts terrifying, for example, when the Jews getting killed for no reason, just because they were Jewish. These aspects were affective in the movie because it helps the movie look more realistic and more historical. The creators do a good job capturing empathy because the audience knew who were the characters and knew what was going on, most of the audience were hooked on it. There were some frightening scenes for example when all the killing started and when Anne was in the concentration camp with all them sick people and thieves roaming around the camp, I know I would be really scared to stay there. Mostly all the scenes were intense, you just couldn’t wait to know what would happen next. In my opinion they were no pathetic scenes, they were all good to me. The movie had me hooked, there was a lot of suspense, there were some parts when you were stunned to see what just happened. All the killing and violence were good techniques the directors used, it made the movie better and realistic, as I said before. The part in the movie when they showed the camp site, it literally speaks for it self. What I mean is that when I first saw the camp I already knew it was horrible and the actions that were going to take place there I had an idea of what it was. All just by looking at it. The exciting part was at the end when the movie showed the peopleShow MoreRelatedThe Diary Of Anne Frank1191 Words   |  5 PagesThe Anne Frank Unit shows us that people are brave and strong in a time of danger. The Pregnancy Project Free Essays

â€Å"The Pregnancy Project† Reaction Paper â€Å"There are always going to be some people in life who disappoint you and don’t believe in you like you hoped they would, and you have to find the strength to rise about it and realize that they’re wrong. You’re still a worthy person whether they thing so or not. If there’s no one else to tell it to you, then tell it to yourself. We will write a custom essay sample on The Pregnancy Project or any similar topic only for you Order Now †Ã‚  This is one of the things that Gaby Rodriguez says in the movie ‘The Pregnancy Project’. These are words that everybody can relate to. There are people that we think can support us in any problems or situations that we encounter. But in the movie, I realized that there are people who will left you when they heard something bad or when they find out something not good about a person. In contrary, there are people who will support you and who will always be there for you in any situations or even in the highest and lowest peak of your life. There is also lot of scenes in the movie that becomes remarkable to me. First, when Gaby proposed a study about teenage pregnancy. She is to brave to proposed and do a study about a problem of many countries, a social issue. I am also surprised when I heard that she will pretend to be pregnant. It is an effort to her just to know how people react on what happened to her and the things that people are going to say. Second, the way her friends and all the people around her reacted. It made me think, if the entire are also like that. If they are going to be stereotypes also or they will react as if there’s nothing happening in their surrounding? What they are going to do, if they also become teenage parents? They look at Gaby and treat her as a trash and as if she did not exist. People just look at her belly and gave her a miserable face. For me, it is very humiliating. It is inappropriate to judge a person as if they know everything. It is right to give second chance to those people who have done a big mistake. It is just right to forgive a person until he/she learned something from his/her mistake. As we all know, no one is perfect. Everybody make or do mistakes intentionally or unintentionally. The last scene, this is the most unforgettable one. It is the scene when Gaby announces in all the people in her school that she is not pregnant, her pregnancy is just fake. I salute Gaby for having the courage to announce her fake pregnancy. It is not easy to face those people who think that Gaby is really pregnant. One should be ashamed if he/she tricked all the people around her but Gaby did it for a good and special purpose. It is right to give a big round of applause to Gaby after she present her study about the social issue, teenage pregnancy. Gaby let people know how they react and criticize one’s personality when the saw a teenage mom. It is only her that I know who has the guts and courage to do and finish such project. Gaby’s story is about fighting stereotypes, and how one girl found the strength to come out from the shadow of low expectations to forge a bright future for herself.
